Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account on StarDust Meet, or by using the StarDust Meet mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StarDust Meet AB ("we," "us," or "our"), available at stardustmeet.com. Please read them carefully.


2. Eligibility

To use StarDust Meet, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age. StarDust Meet is an adults-only platform. Age verification is required during registration, and we may request additional verification at any time.
  • Be legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
  • Not have been previously banned or removed for violating these Terms.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If we determine otherwise, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately.


3. Your Account

3.1 Account Creation

To access the Service, you must create an account using accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and date of birth. You may also register via supported providers (e.g. Google or Apple Sign-In).

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activity under your account
  • Notifying us immediately at info@stardustmeet.com of any unauthorised access

We will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each user may maintain only one StarDust Meet account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. This is especially important for your MATCH profile, which must reflect your real identity. Misrepresentation is prohibited.


4. The StarDust Meet Service

4.1 MATCH

MATCH is StarDust Meet's dating experience. Profiles must reflect your real identity (real name, accurate age and genuine photos).

MATCH requires truthful representation. Misrepresentation — including using someone else's photos, providing a false name, or misrepresenting your age — is strictly prohibited.

4.2 SPACES

SPACES is StarDust Meet's anonymous community experience. You may participate using pseudonyms and avatars to conceal your real identity.

Anonymity does not exempt you from these Terms. All community guidelines apply equally in SPACES. Anonymity does not excuse harmful behaviour.

4.3 HUNTER

HUNTER is StarDust Meet's marketplace experience, where users can discover, buy, sell and collect items across fandom categories such as collectibles, trading cards, retro games, cosplay and vintage tech.

Transactions in HUNTER are between users. You are responsible for ensuring that any listings, purchases or communications comply with these Terms and applicable law. StarDust Meet is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or authenticity of items listed or exchanged.

Stripe Connect, escrow and merchant of record.

  • We use Stripe Connect for seller onboarding (KYC) and Stripe-managed escrow to hold buyer funds until delivery is confirmed.
  • StarDust Meet AB acts as the platform / merchant of record for marketplace fees only. We do not hold customer funds at any point; all monetary flows pass through Stripe-regulated accounts.
  • Sellers must complete Stripe Connect identity verification before listing items.
  • A service fee of [FEE-PERCENTAGE-TBD]% applies on completed transactions and is deducted from the seller's payout.

Refunds, returns and consumer rights.

  • Buyers may request refunds via the in-app dispute flow within 14 days of delivery, in line with the Swedish Distance Selling Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
  • Sellers must accept returns for items not as described. Cosmetic dissatisfaction is at the seller's discretion unless the seller has explicitly offered a satisfaction-based return policy.
  • Where Stripe-managed escrow is used, disputed funds remain held until the dispute is resolved or escalated according to the in-app process.

4.4 Data Separation

MATCH and SPACES are technically separated. Your real identity is not linked to your anonymous persona in SPACES. This separation is enforced at the technical level through isolated databases and access-restricted APIs.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to discover or reveal other users' real identities from their SPACES activity
  • Attempt to discover or reveal other users' SPACES personas from their MATCH profiles
  • Share information between MATCH and SPACES to identify someone

Violating this separation undermines the trust and safety of the platform and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. You are however free to link your SPACES and HUNTER profiles.

4.5 End-to-End Encryption

Private messages are protected by end-to-end encryption using the Signal Protocol (Double Ratchet Algorithm). This means:

  • Messages are encrypted on your device and can only be decrypted by the intended recipient
  • Only intended recipients can read your messages — StarDust Meet cannot read, access, or disclose their content
  • Each conversation uses unique, per-message encryption keys with forward secrecy
  • Encryption keys are generated and stored on your device, not on our servers

Important: We do retain limited metadata (e.g. sender, recipient and timestamp) to operate the Service. End-to-end encryption does not exempt users from complying with these Terms or applicable law.


5. Acceptable Use

5.1 General Conduct

You agree to use the Service respectfully and lawfully. The following conduct is prohibited on StarDust Meet:

Harassment and Abuse

  • Bullying, harassment, or threats, including intimidation, stalking, or unwanted persistent contact after being asked to stop
  • Discriminatory language, slurs, or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Doxxing or sharing another user's personal information without their consent

Dishonesty and Fraud

  • Creating fake profiles or impersonating another person or entity
  • Engaging in scams, phishing, or financial fraud
  • Catfishing

Illegal Activity

  • Using StarDust Meet for any illegal purpose
  • Soliciting or facilitating illegal activities or services
  • Distributing controlled substances or illegal goods
  • Engaging in or promoting human trafficking or exploitation

Harmful Content

  • Distributing violent, self-harm, or exploitative content
  • Sharing content involving minors — this is a zero-tolerance policy enforced across the entire platform, including encrypted conversations (see Section 5.3)
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Spamming, unsolicited advertising, or commercial solicitation

Platform Abuse

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure
  • Circumventing security measures, rate limits, or access controls
  • Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection without authorisation
  • Creating accounts for the purpose of violating these Terms

Adult Content

StarDust Meet is an adults-only platform (18+). Adult content rules vary by context:

  • Not permitted on any public profiles across all verticals
  • Allowed in private contexts between consenting adults
  • Permitted in open and closed SPACES where allowed by the admin
  • Filtered by default (NSFW filter enabled)

Your responsibility: In closed and private SPACES, you are solely responsible for the content you share. By participating, you acknowledge that other members may share legal but explicit adult content. StarDust Meet does not moderate such content in private contexts; however, all other rules (including those relating to illegal content, CSAM and harassment) apply without exception.

Dating Conduct

  • Sending unsolicited sexually explicit messages or images
  • Pressuring other users for personal information, phone numbers, or in-person meetings
  • Using the platform for escort services, prostitution, or sexual solicitation
  • Engaging in manipulative behaviour, including "love bombing" or misrepresenting relationship intentions

5.2 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Terms, please report it using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting us at support@stardustmeet.com.

We review all reports and take appropriate action based on severity. We aim to review all reports within 24 hours. Reports involving minors or imminent safety threats are prioritised.

5.3 CSAM — Zero Tolerance

StarDust Meet enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This applies to every context on the platform without exception, including end-to-end encrypted conversations.

  • We use AI tools and other measures to detect and remove abusive material
  • Detected CSAM is blocked and reported to the relevant authorities (e.g. Europol, national law enforcement) as required by law
  • Accounts involved in CSAM are immediately and permanently banned
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

5.4 EU Digital Services Act — Notice and Action

For users in the European Union, illegal content reports are processed in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065).

  • Notice and Action (Article 16): Anyone may submit a notice of illegal content (including CSAM, hate speech and terrorist content) via the in-app reporting tools or by emailing support@stardustmeet.com. Notices must be sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated to allow a diligent assessment.
  • Statement of Reasons (Article 17): Where we restrict access to or remove content following a notice or our own review, we provide affected users with a clear and specific statement of reasons, including the legal or contractual ground relied upon and information about available redress.
  • Trusted Flaggers (Article 22): We acknowledge the role of designated trusted flaggers under the DSA and process their notices with priority.
  • Internal complaint-handling: Affected users may contest moderation decisions for at least six months by replying to the statement of reasons or contacting support@stardustmeet.com. We review such complaints under human supervision and respond within a reasonable period.

5.5 Content Moderation

StarDust Meet uses a multi-layered content moderation system to maintain platform safety:

  • Automated systems: Image classification for NSFW gating on unencrypted content and keyword-based text filtering for illegal content
  • AI-assisted review: AI models assist in contextual content classification for text and images that require nuanced assessment
  • Human moderation: Trained moderators review flagged content, borderline cases and all user reports. Decisions on account suspension or banning are made by humans, not automated systems

We do not read or moderate the content of end-to-end encrypted messages and do not perform proactive on-device scanning of message bodies. CSAM handling is reactive: action follows a user report, trusted-flagger notice or law-enforcement request, in line with Sections 5.3 and 5.4.


6. Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on StarDust Meet, including photos, text, messages, posts and comments ("Your Content").

By posting or sharing Your Content on StarDust Meet, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute and modify Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license remains in effect only for as long as Your Content is on the platform.

When you delete Your Content or your account, we will remove Your Content from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy and Privacy Policy.

6.2 Content Standards

All content shared on StarDust Meet must comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards without prior notice.

6.3 Encrypted Content

Content sent via end-to-end encrypted messages is not accessible to StarDust Meet. You are solely responsible for the content you send in these conversations. We cannot recover, produce or disclose encrypted message content, even in response to legal process, because we do not possess the decryption keys. CSAM handling remains reactive (see Sections 5.3 and 5.4) and may, on the basis of a user report, trusted-flagger notice or law-enforcement request, lead to action based on the report, account metadata and user-provided evidence, not the encrypted message body.

6.4 No Endorsement

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any content posted by users. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. Your interactions with other users and any reliance on user-generated content are at your own risk.


7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Alpha/Beta pricing: StarDust Meet is currently in an alpha/beta phase. All prices, subscription tiers and in-app purchase options are subject to change as we refine the product. Pricing shown in the app at the time of purchase is the price that applies to that transaction. We may adjust prices, introduce new tiers or retire existing ones without prior notice.

7.1 Available Purchases

StarDust offers the following optional in-app purchases to enhance your experience:

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current prices are always displayed in the app before purchase.

7.2 Payment Processing

Digital in-app purchases and subscriptions (premium features, virtual goods) are processed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). By making those purchases, you agree to the applicable app store's payment terms and conditions.

HUNTER marketplace transactions between users are processed via Stripe and Stripe Connect as described in Section 4.3. We do not collect or store your full payment card information; Stripe handles all card data.

7.3 Subscriptions

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions are auto-renewable and will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at the time of renewal.

Cancellation: Cancellation is managed via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. You may cancel at any time through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until that time.

Free trials: Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, in line with Apple's standard subscription rules.

No partial refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel during a billing period, you will continue to have access until the end of the period already paid for.

Refund requests: Refund requests must be made directly to Apple or Google in accordance with the App Store and Google Play refund policies. We cannot process App Store or Play Store refunds on your behalf.

Privacy and EULA links: The active Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (EULA) are linked from each in-app subscription purchase screen and from the in-app Settings page, in compliance with Apple's App Store guidelines.

7.4 Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, you must contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.

7.5 Free Features

The core StarDust Meet experience is available free of charge. Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features and enhanced functionality but are not required to use the Service.

7.6 Coins

Coins are an in-app virtual currency used within StarDust Meet to access certain features, send gifts and participate in selected experiences.

  • No monetary value today. Coins are utility tokens with no off-platform value. They cannot be exchanged for real currency, refunded outside Apple/Google's IAP refund policies, or transferred between accounts other than via supported in-app mechanisms.
  • IAP purchases are final. Coin purchases via Apple or Google in-app purchase are final, subject to the applicable App Store / Play Store refund policies.
  • Expiry on inactivity. Coins do not expire under normal use. We reserve the right to expire unredeemed coin balances after 12 months of total account inactivity, consistent with the data retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
  • Future redeemability disclaimer. We may at our discretion introduce mechanisms to convert Coins to other forms of value, including but not limited to crypto-redeemable mechanisms. Any such change will be announced in advance and will require your explicit acceptance to participate. Until that time, Coins remain in-app utility tokens with no off-platform value.
  • Tax treatment. If and when Coins gain monetary value, you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any income, capital gains or other taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

7.7 App Store and Play Store Provisions

You acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc. and Google LLC are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to App Store and Google Play Store specific provisions, and may enforce those provisions against you as third-party beneficiaries.

Where any conflict exists between these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service in respect of an App Store / Play Store specific matter, those store terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict.


8. Identity Verification — MATCH

StarDust Meet offers an Identity Verification feature (subject to a one-time fee) that allows us to verify your identity and enables you to receive a verified badge on your MATCH profile. By using this feature, you agree to and acknowledge the following:

  • You consent to the identity verification process
  • The verified badge applies only to your MATCH profile
  • Verification confirms identity only, not character, behaviour, or intentions
  • Verification confirms only that the submitted selfie matches the profile photo at the time of verification — it does not constitute an endorsement, background check, or guarantee of any user's character, criminal history, or intentions
  • You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during the verification process

A verified badge does not guarantee the safety of any interaction. You remain responsible for exercising your own judgment when communicating with or meeting other users.


9. Safety

9.1 Your Safety

While we implement safety measures including content moderation, reporting tools and blocking features, we cannot guarantee your safety on or off the platform. StarDust Meet is a tool for connecting with other people, and all interactions carry inherent risks.

We strongly recommend:

  • Meeting new people in public places
  • Informing a friend or family member of your plans
  • Trusting your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave
  • Never sharing financial information with other users
  • Reporting any suspicious or threatening behaviour immediately

9.2 Safety Reports

When you report a user or content, we retain safety reports for up to seven (7) years as required by law. If your account is deleted, reports you have submitted may be anonymised but retained to support platform safety and compliance obligations.

9.3 Blocking and Unblocking

You may block any user at any time through their profile or from within a conversation. When you block a user:

  • They cannot contact you, view your profile, or interact with your content
  • Existing conversations are hidden from both parties
  • They will not appear in your MATCH recommendations
  • You will not appear in their MATCH recommendations
  • Blocks are context-specific — MATCH and SPACES are handled independently due to data separation

You may unblock a user at any time through Settings > Privacy > Blocked Users. Unblocking restores visibility but does not restore deleted conversations.

We do not notify users when they are blocked or unblocked.

9.4 Health and Wellbeing

StarDust Meet is a platform for meeting new people. We encourage you to prioritise your physical and emotional wellbeing when using the Service:

  • Sexual health: If you meet someone in person, we encourage open and responsible conversations about sexual health. StarDust Meet is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from in-person interactions.
  • Emotional wellbeing: Online dating can be emotionally challenging. If you experience negative impacts on your mental health, consider taking breaks and seeking support.
  • Emergency support: If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact an appropriate crisis support service in your country.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Intellectual Property

The StarDust Meet platform and its associated verticals, logos, designs, features and functionality are owned by StarDust Meet AB and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent. You may not use our trademarks, trade names, or branding in any way that may cause confusion as to ownership, endorsement, or affiliation. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by StarDust Meet AB.

10.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, modify and incorporate such Feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.


11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In (authentication, via platform-native SDKs)
  • Firebase Analytics (app usage analytics)
  • Wiredash (in-app feedback collection, only when you submit feedback)
  • Apple App Store and Google Play (purchases)
  • Stripe and Stripe Connect (payments, escrow and seller KYC for HUNTER)
  • Sentry (error monitoring)
  • SendGrid (email delivery)
  • Google Maps (location services)
  • OneSignal (push notification delivery)
  • Google Cloud Storage (file and image storage)
  • Google Cloud Vision (image content classification)
  • Anthropic Claude (AI-assisted content moderation and Pro compatibility analysis)
  • Voyage AI (AI-powered semantic matching for Pro subscribers)
  • AWS Rekognition (photo verification and face comparison)

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of such third-party services.


12. Termination and Suspension

12.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account Actions > Delete Account within the app. Account deletion is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or our community guidelines
  • We reasonably believe your conduct poses a risk to other users or the platform
  • We are required to do so by law
  • Your account has been inactive for more than two (2) years — in such cases, you will receive at least 30 days' prior notice by email before deletion
  • We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Any active subscriptions may be cancelled (refunds subject to applicable app store policies)
  • Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Sections 6.1 (Your Content), 6.3 (Encrypted Content), 10 (Intellectual Property), 13 (Limitation of Liability) and 14 (Dispute Resolution)

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

13.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, StarDust Meet AB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
  • ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
  • THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
  • THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH, MAKE CONNECTIONS, OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME FROM USING THE SERVICE.

13.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, StarDust Meet AB, AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF OTHER USERS
  • UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO, OR ALTERATION OF, YOUR DATA
  • ANY INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) 500 SEK.

13.3 Assumption of Risk

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT StarDust Meet IS A PLATFORM FOR CONNECTING WITH OTHER PEOPLE, AND THAT INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS CARRY INHERENT RISKS. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE SERVICE AND INTERACTING WITH OTHER USERS, WHETHER ONLINE OR IN PERSON.


14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@stardustmeet.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

14.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to Section 14.4, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden.

14.4 EU and UK Residents

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

14.5 Online Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14.6 Exceptions

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from:

  • Bringing a claim in a competent court where required by applicable law
  • Seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction
  • Bringing claims relating to intellectual property rights or infringement

15. Indemnification

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:

  • We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
  • We will notify you through the Service or by other appropriate means
  • Where required by law, we will provide reasonable advance notice before changes take effect

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.


17. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and StarDust Meet AB regarding the Service.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

17.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

Except as expressly stated in Section 7.7 (App Store and Play Store Provisions), these Terms do not confer any rights or remedies on any third party.

17.6 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, labour disputes, government actions, or failures of third-party services or infrastructure.
